Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the buyer ("Customer") and the seller EGUASOFT ("Company") through the website where the digital product is offered.

By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to the terms set forth in this agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of a digital product (e.g., software or application) provided via electronic means, including the delivery of activation codes.

2. Product Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the activation code will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer or displayed on the confirmation screen. Delivery is considered completed once the activation code is provided.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products, the Customer waives the right of withdrawal after the activation code has been delivered.

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, no returns or refunds are accepted once the activation code is issued.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid information during the purchase process. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the Customer.

5. Technical Support

If the Customer experiences technical issues with the product, the Company will provide support within reasonable means to resolve the problem.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to applicable international consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably whenever possible. If not, they shall be submitted to an independent arbitration body or a competent court chosen by the Company, depending on the nature of the issue and the parties involved.
